OUR BOARD CERTIFIED SPECIALISTS

Our team of experienced board certified veterinary doctors put their intimate knowledge, experience and love of animals to work in giving pets advanced and compassionate specialty health care.  One doctor will accompany each patient through the examination, diagnostics and treatment while communicating closely with both the owner and the referring veterinarian.  Many owners referred to the MRVC have pets with challenging and multi-faceted medical and surgical needs.  Our doctors also provide compassionate guidance in helping owners navigate through a sometimes complicated and stressful experience on their pet’s path to recovery.

ALL MVRC Specialty Doctors are Board Certified

The doctors at the Maine Veterinary Referral Center have all received training in the field of small animal neurology, surgery or internal medicine.  After receiving their Doctorate Degrees in Veterinary Medicine the doctors received extensive training in neurology / neuro-surgery, surgery or internal medicine at University / Teaching Hospitals in the United States and Canada.
